Creating Enticing Environments for Teaching and Learning

The "Creating Enticing Environments for Teaching & Learning" (CEETL) was a demonstration project aimed at implementing and evaluating a new approach to clinical education for students from the Baccalaureate (BN), Practical Nurse (PN) and Health Care Aide (HCA) occupational groups within nursing. The goal was to create an environment in which collaborative practice was to be taught and modeled by staff and students alike while also increasing the capacity of patient care units to provide practicum experiences for larger numbers of students than before.
