The ICP&LE Knowledge Transfer and Exchange Plan and Report provides a project overview, the KTE framework and further discussions KTE beyond the projects' conclusion and concludes with a summary and recommendations.  

 

Appendix C_Common Evaluation Framework

The ICP&LE evaluation framework, guided by the program theory and logic model, was used as the basis for the Phase One ICP&LE multi-site evaluation.  In addition to providing evalution questions and indicators for Phase One evaluation, it also outlines an evaluation strategy for the long term project described in the original proposal.
